Cycle repair, maintenance & upgrade service

Cycle service - £35

• Pre-work inspection To assess the condition of the cycle.
• Cycle wash Cycle washed and gear system de-greased
• Frame & Forks Wiped down and checked for damage and faults.
• Wheels Hubs, rims and spokes checked for damage and wear. Bearings checked and adjusted (if applicable). Wheels trued and spokes tensioned.
• Tyres Checked for wear and damage and inflated to correct pressure.
• Headset Checked for free movement and adjusted as necessary.
• Bottom Bracket Checked for free movement and adjusted as necessary.
• Bolts Checked and tightened to correct torque.
• Chain & Cassette Removed, cleaned, checked for wear and re-lubricated.
• Brakes Checked for effective operation and adjusted.
• Gears Checked and adjusted, tuned and lubed.

Advanced service - £80

Recommended every 12 - 18 months, depending on use. Full strip down to frame and forks. Includes everything in the Cycle Service, plus:

• Frame & Forks Cleaned and checked for alignment and damage, threads cleaned and checked.
• Wheels Hubs disassembled,cleaned, inspected and reassembled.
• Brakes Hydraulic brakes bleeded. Cable brakes, new cables and pads fitted.
• Gears Full gear cable replacement
• Headset Removed, cleaned, regreased (if applicable), refitted and checked for movement. Replacement fitted if necessary.
• Bottom Bracket Removed, cleaned, regreased (if applicable), refitted and checked for movement. Replacement fitted if necessary.
• Other Components Removed, checked for wear, cleaned and re-lubricated New grips/bar tape fitted.
